It was an amazing experience, i lived in hector`s house, in the airport received me an Hector`s driver, in the house was an assistant chef (Domingo), who always help us in the classes, Hector taked me to Lima market where we bought the octopus, he gived me an excelent ceviche class. The food was excellent. And he guided me about best places to eat and travel, including Ica (Per?). Without forgetting his human quality. It`s an experience to repeat!!!

We were lucky enough to have gotten space with another couple last minute to take Hector's cooking class. He is an amazing chef with amazing stories and an incredible background. We thoroughly enjoyed learning the new cooking techniques and recipes, as well as eating the delicious food!!
